Meditation Trails - Charbonier Bluff

It's said the trails through these woods were once used for meditative walks.  Songbirds still gather in the ruins of the chapel.  To where I was headed, through the smothering honeysuckle threatening me with sweet asphyxiation.  I placed some nectar on my tongue and waited for swift  passing.  Alas,  I was passed over so I carried on, barefoot.   Foot after foot, carried by the wind.  All morning long, I let myself be carried.
